Basically helps with business comms between employees and customers, scheduling, invoicing, etc. Its an extremely well known service.

yes been using it primarily as email exchange for the company.  started back before when it was called something else and before google went evil.  the email server works well enough for our needs (20ish email accounts) and we don't use any of the other features, in fact I disable there use since its annoying.  Google has not gotten to the point that they are annoying enough to make me want to go through the hassle of changing the email hosting, but I could see that happening soonish.

for other stuff we use various other software as needed, Dropbox, slack, Asana etc..


FYI if I was just starting out or starting over I would not use any google products.

Howe many users? What type of business?
I have most of my clients on Microsoft 365, I find it much easier to manage, and the price is comparable
