I picked up a cheap Glock 34 barrel could I convert my 35 to 9mm with just a barrel swap and mags?
It’s just a range toy and competition gun so if I got a malfunction every once in a while it wouldn’t be the end of the world. Is it possible or is conversion barrel the way to go? |

Yes. Just buy a conversion barrel and mags. It really is that easy.

No, you need a specific G35 9mm conversion barrrel. The outside diameters of the G34 and G35 barrels are different.
9mm mags suggested for best reliability, though I've heard .40 mags will work with reduced reliability. Link |

Also, be aware of competition rules. In some competitions using a conversion barrel bumps you to a different (higher) class.

The ejector is different also between 9 and 40. Easy swap.

I see conversion barrels for about $130, I’m thinking I should just buy a 34
