No Bull shit, I've been there.  Outside Conway Arkansas.  Went to the National Guard Bureau Professional Education Center in North Little Rock. I had seen a guy in the dining facility wearing a T-shirt that said, "Where is Toadsuck Arkansas?"

We had a free weekend so we went sight seeing.  Beautiful area. We looked all over the area for Toadsuck.  We didn't find any signs or mileage markers.  Finally we stopped at thei little Mom and Pop convenience store gas station at the locks on the Arkansas River.  I went in and looked around.  The lady asked what I was looking for?  I told her, Toadsuck.  She replied,"You are standing in the middle of it."

Apparently the store was built on the location of the ferry crossing for Toadsuck.

No Bullshit.

ETA: I forgot to mention there was a plaque the lady pointed out to us.  The inscription told about an Easterner that was traveling through Arkansas and had to cross the river.  He arrived late and ended up spending the night.  The next morning he said, "The men around here play cards all night and suck on whisky bottle until they swell up like toads."

That Easterner was never heard from again.
