Has any one been to Eskan Village recently?
I'm going over for a 1 year job as DOD Civil Service. Last time I was in Saudi was in 91 as active duty. A few questions can I bring a kindle? Can I stream Netflix or Amazon Prime?s! Can I access AR15.com? I know about the censorship, just don't know if you can access movies on line that are Saudi approved. Thank's |

I was there in 2015/2016.
I was a Security Escort Team Driver, got to drive around Riyadh all day. What would you like to know? I had a blast there, loved that place. |

You can bring a Kindle/tablet. Streaming is hit or miss, generally you can. Get an “egg” (pocket WiFi) and you’re good to go. Access to Arfcom is restricted, same for porn... I heard.
Get a good VPN and you’ll be fine though. @markmars |

Little late to the party, I was there Jan-Nov19. Worked as the QRF team medic for the compound. Was an incredibly cushy gig, would recommend.
