Can't feed a kid sugary drinks in a restaurant, but killing them in the womb is GTG.
I bet they probably wanted to ban parents from giving soda to children but had to settle for a restaurant ban, instead. What aspect of the citizen's private lives will they try to control next? |

Good, now ban purchasing soda, candy and everything else that's unhealthy with Snap cards (Food Stamps). If they're really worried about the kids then they need to worry about what they are eating at home.

Lol, meanwhile, school I work in hands out milk like candy (ends up on the walls everywhere) and has soda machines, some of which have C4 energy drinks in them. Idk, but I think that's already against state law/regulation. The energy drinks part.

Funny. I recently learned that my 7 yr old eats Lucky Charms cereal with Chocolate Milk every morning at school. Because those are options available at the free school breakfast. I had to go in and tell them that my kid had to have Cheerios and regular milk. I could feel the eye rolls.
For the record, I usually cook real breakfast at home for the kids - eggs or Oatmeal, but why would they want that when they have those options at school? |
