Anthony Vella was flying about 50 mph when he fell out of the sky.

Vella hit the ground and called 911 as he screamed in pain.

Vella hit the ground and called 911 as he screamed in pain.

He was then rushed to the hospital. He suffered from a fractured neck, fractured back, fractured pelvis and a broken arm.

All the injuries will require surgery.

Vella later explained that the crash was caused by “missing a small pension knot” during pre-takeoff checks.
