I used to tend bar in NoVA, and they ate at the restaurant I worked at. My buddy waited on them, and they said, "We'll have a Coke". He wasn't sure to bring them one or two, but I think we collectively decided one was the right call, since they share a stomach. They did clearly order only one entree. He said it looked pretty obvious that each controls one half of their body, as cutting their food with knife and fork required coordination between the two. He said they were extremely nice.
