Apparently I have now learnt the hard way after being both reported & harassed by hawkeyed-mods that in Tech forums, "we cannot no longer be friends", as Michael Scott would say. I can't make small talk jokes or edgy meme references there. Where is the line, seriously?

Mods in Tech forums will moderate to their levels of annoyance. However, most tech areas they frown on GD style responses in order to keep them orderly and focused on knowledge sharing, so it's advised to avoid pushing the boundaries.
Simple rule to follow is: "play in GD, learn in tech areas." |
