I'd rather get a Barrett 82 than a GM-6 Lynx and that's saying a lot for me being Hungarian. It's a nice rifle but I have time behind the Barrett with the Corps of Engineers and an EOD unit and that is a load of fun when its on the governments expense. We don't need accuracy in here ! Dang you ! But but but what bout LAV and his quote that "accuracy is final" Man portable Anti-material . Plus with recoil-op we can switch to blackpowder if needed...neck up to .58 to make the equivalent of the 35 Whelen to the 30-06 . |

Grandfathering weapons only puts off until tomorrow what tyranny cannot accomplish today.
The only people made safer by gun control are criminals and tyrants. |

View Quote Fluting doesn't so much make the barrel stiffer - just stiffer compared to a plain barrel of a similar weight. It's just a way to reduce weight while retaining some of the stiffness. But you have to remember that the bullet has long left the muzzle before you are seeing that barrel wiggle like that. |

It's over after a fraction of a second so you don't ever see it. But it's happening. |

Nice so he hired somebody to do it for him. Does he even really make good AKs?

View Quote Building an AK from a parts kit and designing/fabricating a functioning one from scratch at several times larger scale are two completely different skill sets - hardly even related. His skill set is primarilly being an entertainer on-line and makes a reasonably good living doing it. I appreciate that he has picked up the political gauntlet in his AO and can be counted on to defend our rights. If he can or can't design firearms is not something I care about in the least. |

So, what company will buy the design and build it? If it's half the price of the Barret, I'll buy one.

Atlas bipod? Lolololol.
GGG has the right bipod for that. I'm envious and saddened that a company hasn't put this together yet and a guy on youtube had to. |
