Perhaps the most frightening to any parent who has a male child in college is they are going back to the days of no due process for male students in he-said she-said claims of sexual assault.  Cases will go not to a court but a single "adjudicator" for the university who is probably a graduate of a women's studies program.   The guy will not have any real opportunity to defend himself and it is almost a given he will be branded a rapist in a kangaroo court.  

Each time these BS proceedings have been challenged in a real Federal court they have been found blatantly unconstitutional but, of course, that isn't stopping brain dead Joe's crew from doing it anyway.

Women voted for this. Give it to them.
