The rules are simple:

You pick 1 single stock.

Whoever's stock has gained the highest percentage over the course of the year win.

I'm going to pick a Bitcoin correlated stock in MicroStrategy(MSTR).  This way I can be the biggest winner or the biggest loser

Coinbase.

Custody services are a vital part of bitcoin ETF applications, and Coinbase has been picked by nine out of the 12 prospective issuers.

Once people get orange pilled, not your keys, not your coins, the first place they'll go is Coinbase. Just my opinion 🤷‍♂️.

Since Nvidia was already selected then give me a stock for AI and sex robots.

Edited…
My pick is Microsoft.
CES shows them teaming up with other big companies.

PLUG

Plug power ... why?

PP's been around 20 years I've seen them in various factories at my "day job"

Amazon will "work with" them gathering IP then probably buy them out and digest them into AMZN like they do.

Do I recommend the stock? Well I don't own any lol

I have no idea what PLUG stock price will do if AMZN eats them I just see the shark circling the baby seal

My $0.02 based on experience w both companies.

Notes on AMZN's Kiva Buyout:

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Amazon_Robotics

Kiva backstory:

Amazon: "We need xyz more drives asap Kiva!"
Kiva: "We can't deliver xyz more! For God's sake we have other customers!"
Amazon: "GULP ... BURP ... MMM"

And AmazonRobotics was born.

And they're only "customer" is AMZN.

Two month YTD bump from Jan 1 not in any order.  If I screwed up I'll edit.  Did this on my phone because I was bored.  15.28 percent average if we had our own ETF.  Might want to check my math, again, doing this own my phone with no paper.  I didn't include AMD and NVDA twice in the average.

Silverbulletz06 ZIM 11.26%
grendelbane NVDA 61.23%
Jarcese MSTR  40.55%
JCoop ALB -10.10%
Krauss DNN 6.51%
CulperJunior NVDA 61.23%
Caeser2001 COIN 28%
4Teen_R AMD 27.39%
div01 RILY -20.89%
TheDevilYouLove ATAI 15.98%
InsaneRusher BKSY 6.52%
JThompson MSFT 9.94%
Garand1911 DWAC 158.8%
brahm CODA -7.38%
Repents NASO -8.00%
Mike_48 MPW -17.69%
PLC_Expert PLUG -25.27%
TW200 MVIS -16.99%
McGavin AMD 27.39%

Would totally agree on MPW from Jan 1 but if you look at the post date of Jan 17 it is up it is up about 70%.  Dividend is way too high though, pretty risky.  Interesting thread, thanks for putting it up.

Edited:  I can't math.  More like 40%.

Yeah it was way to much work to run the numbers from the post dates.   If someone else wants to take a shot at doing that, I'm all for it.

Edit:  That would also be a good tie breaker for double posts.  I'm more curious to see how much the average beats SPY by at the end of the year than who wins.

Yes,  they have a store here and the wife and her friends love their products.  Pricey as heck but seems to do well.  Would I put real money into them?  No, too much risk.
