With BBQ season coming up for most states, I figured it would be a good time for people to post their current or new pits! Big or small size doesn't matter ........
 Just upgraded this year to a M Grills Big M commercial unit. Got some big catering gigs this year and needed volume. also will post my first cook on it. Brisket, pulled pork, smoked mac, and ribs!

The same as I have for quite a while. I have done all cuts of steaks & chops. I have done chuck roast, sirloin tips & half of a briskets. I love the taste of food cooked over an oak fire. I have not tried ribs, maybe this summer.
