This seems to be the new spin to take the focus off of cruz, and continue to let them attack trump and his supporters. well, you can't be calling on trump and the supporters to focus the fight on hrc, and continue to attack trump and his supporters either. because at this point, it is better to spend time talking to independants, and trying to convince them to support and vote for trump, rather than argue with someone who most likely won't change their mind. The focus is off Cruz. He lost the primary. No need to continue to attack him or his supporters. It's petty and futile. And yes, criticism of the current candidate is completely permissible. Pointing out his flaws and having them addressed is perfectly acceptable. That is how you convince people. Glossing them over and raging at anyone who dares point out any inconsistencies or flaws is abrasive, obnoxious, and off putting. You want to appeal to independents? Do so in a reasonable, level-headed manner, rather than patronizing and insulting people. trump is the republican nominee for president. why keep attacking him with things he has said the the past, and keep calling his supporters various names, inferring they suck trump's c*ck, etc.? you can't keep telling the trump supporters it's not about cruz, then keep attacking trump, it's still all about the feelz of the nevertrump/still cruz supporters, instead of them helping to recruit new support for trump, they still seek to destroy it. I said that Trump endorsed one of 10 Republicans in the House of Representatives who voted to give Obama Executive Amnesty Authority. Here you go... http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2016/jun/6/donald-trump-endorses-renee-ellmers-in-north-carol/ Mrs. Ellmers has been one of the House GOP’s staunchest supporters of legalizing illegal immigrants and voted against Republicans’ efforts last year to stop President Obama’s deportation amnesty. OP seems to be forgetting that it's Trump's job to unify people. So how's that going? Yup, the butthurt Cruzholes are still acting out; but they've got until November to brain up or marginalize themselves again.
If Donald loses to Clinton by the half dozen or so votes they represent I'm going to kick myself in the ass. People threatening to vote in an extraordinarily important election based on whether or not they can bully some strangers on the Internet to kiss their asses. |

Actually, no we don't. Especially not if your alternative is to vote fringe instead. What the Republican party needs is the people who are on the fence about voting independent between one dominate party or the other. The voters who are rational and realize that there is only two dominate parties in the zero sum game that is the election. You've more or less defined yourself and those like you as the peopel who are not really a priority to advertise to. "Pander to me or else" as highlighted in red, why should anyone "tell you whatever it took"? Are you that weak willed? That a few smooth lies are all it would take for you to look the other way while voting for Trump? You can cut yourself down from your cross whenever you want. You're cute. You guys need us. It's probably time you realize that and stop acting like douchebags. Or don't. You people are the ones that will get Hillary elected. All because you want to gloat about nominating a populist that has donated millions to democrats and supported banning semi auto rifles. Way to go geniuses. Keep pushing us toward Johnson. Many of us are willing to vote for Trump, but I'm not willing to associate myself with people that act this way. Call it emotions or call it judgement. I don't rightly care. If your guy was smart...If you were smart...You'd be embracing us and telling us whatever it took to get us back behind your guy. The behavior I see on this board almost guarantees a loss this fall. Don't worry though, you can always blame us for the loss. We weren't willing to be your whipping boys and said "Go fuck yourselves". That's where you're headed with this. The problem is that the criticisms of Trump are legion, and people are uncomfortable voting for him for a variety of ideological reasons. For those who question Trump's conservative credentials, you are correct that he should not address them, since he would gain little. There are many, like myself, who are deeply uncomfortable with Trump's tone, his attacks, and some of his ideas that we believe are dangerous. Trump eschews the "establishment" but part of what the establishment does is moderate the candidate's message. For those people, there is quite a bit of overlap with the political middle that Trump should be trying to win over. Trump won the nomination in part by appealing to a very conservative part of the party, but has not yet shifted towards the middle. If he does do that, then he would gain the support of some of us that are not comfortable with his current incarnation, as well as some independents. Of course, its easier to just dismiss dissenters as trolls, and act like you somehow have more political knowledge than the rest of us. |

Their criticisms have been addressed many many times but they keep repeating the same tired shit. Are you honestly going to say jungling (or however you spell the kangaroo dude's name), targettarget, and the rest of their ilk just need to be convinced that their concerns are misplaced? How many times do we have to discuss the "Trump funded anti-gunners" complaint before it becomes obvious that it's a troll post? |
