Yep, probably the county road crew clearing the ROW.
Just wait until the tree crew comes through. Don't want the snow ice hurricanes knocking trees into the power lines. |

I don't think you know what living in the country means. I can't see my neighbors house from mine and there sure as heck ain't no street in front of my house to cross to see another neighbor.
