If you actually need and all terrain tire, as opposed to just wanting the look of an all terrain tire, then the appearance of the tire shouldn't even be a consideration.

Cooper AT3s served me well for years. I roll on ATWs now, and they have been as good so far as AT3s in all conditions and better in snow, but I imagine that would be money wasted in Florida.

I've got the Hankook Dynapro RF-10 on my truck. They've been good tires, but now have around 50+K miles on them and the rubber is getting hard and SLICK in the rain. They are probably 1/3 tread left?

Had the Toyo Open Country AT before these. They were good too, took them off at 47K at the wear bars.

Im gonna try the Cooper AT3 or STmaxx next I think.

I'm 95% sure I've decided on 17x9 wheels and some 285/75r17 Falken Wildpeak AT3/W tires.

That's about 33.5x11.5. Perfect size.

Not sure about the other tires but i see you are going back to Colorado and the falkens have the snowflake stamp on then so you should be covered there too.

Although the AT3/W's haven't been out that long they are getting really good reviews, and the price is pretty good as well.
