Poll fail.

As stated, Walther PPS.

This disappears under a t-shirt.

Well since I haven't weighed in yet, here is what I will say. If you do not have a carry 9mm yet get a 19. I carry a 26 with a +2 on it and have come to the realization that it takes up almost the same amount of room carrying as a 19 would so down the road, I plan on getting one for my EDC. Shields are nice and all, but I would not carry a low capacity firearm unless I had to. Go with the 19

Wide shoulders and narrow waist will allow even little guys like me to IWB carry a large gun. Hell I carried a G21 for a couple years.  Lose weight, do pull ups. Problem solved.

I really don't get how ppl think a shield is soooo much easier to conceal than a G19. There really isn't much difference in size. I'm 5-10 185#'s and I can carry a g19 anytime of year.

No offense seriously, but you're a bigger guy. The shield is very noticeably slimmer than the G19, thus a much better conceal carry for those with a slimmer build.

I carry a full size P99 only because it's getting colder, and I'm on the smaller side. 155 5' 11"
I wouldn't choose to carry any glock unless I was wearing some layers. I print too much with a t-shirt

Regardless, if you want a very unnoticeable carry weapon, the Shield is better than any Glock (maybe besides the 42 now). Shield is waaaaaayyy slimmer in comparison.

Well, dang.

I've come to despise IWB holsters, and only carry OWB.  I was hoping the shorter barrel would help with that.  They are chunky, that's for sure.

I carry a 19, considering a 26 for summer/warmer weather.

Eh, no point in my opinion.  I got my Glock 26 for the same reason and I never carry it because it isn't any easier to carry and has less rounds.  About the only thing I use it for is pocket carry around the house when I am being lazy - though it still looks like I am carrying a Gideon's Bible in my pocket with the pocket holster.

Ah, that may be a factor.  I carry mainly IWB so the slide thickness is the main issue for me.  I used to wear it in a tuckable but you could visibly see the curve in the belt from the blockiness.  I've carried the 26 in an OWB holster though with a light shirt or sweater as a cover garment and the 26 does have an edge there - though you don't want to be lifting your arms above your head or anything even like that; because there isn't a lot of room.  Pretty much I carry everything in a Versa-Max 2 or a pocket holster these days, so if it doesn't fit one of those well I tend to forget there are other ways to skin the cat.

In the poll, Shield.

But the Kahr CM9 can only be beat by the PM9.  Kahr is THE way to go.

My thoughts exactly.  Get one you will actually carry.

A Gen 4 26 would be my vote.  Small but easy to shoot and decent capacity.  Can also use Glock 19 or 17 mags for reloads.  I carry a G19 most of the time but my 26 gets a lot of use during the heat of summer when I wear t-shirts more often.

This right here.  26 is smaller I believe, and takes cheap Glock full size mags.  Stick a 17 round in your pocket for capacity.

I've had several LEO friends mention this too. After you put a larger mag in to help with the small grip your almost back up to a G19 just with over 1/2" less barrel and sight radius.

Then don't put a larger mag in or grip extenders.

When I picked it up, I thought the short grip and pinky falling off was a big deal.  Then I shot one.  No issues shooting it.

Pinky doesn't do shit for grip strength, and short grip conceals much easier.

Of the 3 choices, I recommend the 26 with a good belt and IWB holster. I carried one for years and barely knew it was there. Carry 2 mags, or at least one 19 or 17 extra mag.

Glock 19 out of those, but those are far from the best choices imo...
