Slapped for stinking like a week dead rhinos taint other than that? ZFG

This is the equivalent of an Either Or Fallacy. You gave a list of possible options. None of them included penalties that were not jail. But nothing works too.

Execution. Don't need no stinking hippies walking the earth token on the weed.

They are already paying the penalty for smoking it. They are dumb.

GD says ciggs are bad. GD says weed for everyone. The world is fucked.

Yeah, Mmmmkay. I know plenty of people that drive and smoke. Last I checked the alcohol makes you stuble all over and crash cars when drunk. MJ doesn't do that. View Quote I find it laughable that defenders of it try to say it doesn't do anything to them. Then why the fuck do you smoke it?? |

Execution on the spot, but I recommend an MJ style execution. Cops carry a pop up tent which the offender is zipped up in and large amounts of MJ smoke is pumped in. If they don't die right away then keep changing the strain to a more potent one every time.

How many people die alcohol related deaths even year? We all know the answer to this is a very high number. How many people die marijuana related deaths every year? Alcohol will always be a hundred times worse than marijuana will ever be. Usually the worst thing that happens to any one smoking marijuana is getting caught with it. Just Saying View Quote |

The penalty should be subject to the decision of the state in which the person resides. View Quote Personally I don't think it should be illegal Federally or by the State of Texas' laws. |

some really hard math ...a code on your dl would guide them to which and how complex the math question...get to go to taco bell when let go

Here in the city limits for 20 grams or less and over 21 years old it's a $75 civil fine. I'm OK with this.
Free the courts and jail beds up for real criminals. |

I'll agree with this. You want to get drunk, get drunk in your house. You want to drive, drive sober. Don't get other people messed up through your own decisions and we'll all be good.

BS. I'm all for leaving the mj issue in the hands of states, but to say it doesn't negatively affect driving awareness/skills is ridiculous. The industry has figured out how to make very potent mj strains and highly efficient delivery systems. There should be penalties for failing field sobriety tests, regardless of substance ingested. BTW, are you aware that mj is a depressant, like alcohol? View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

I went with nothing, I'd like to see it treated like alcohol. Heres some I got for free awhile back.

If legalized and subject to equivalent restriction as alcohol - Free Country.

I hope the 39 votes for execution are just troll votes....otherwise /

Nothing. If you're hellbent on punishing people for it, make them sit through a bunch of lectures on a Saturday or something. Locking people up for any period of time for smoking a relatively harmless plant to get high is fucking retarded.

As long as you hurt no one else or could potentially hurt someone I do not think any drug use should be illegal. Darwin will weed out the weak and make an example for others not to follow.

Yep. I was quite the pothead when I was younger and I did get behind the wheel. I can tell you without a doubt that your ability to judge speed and distance are affected. There were times in the wee hours of the morning I was driving home stoned and thought I was going too fast, only to look at my gauges to find out I was 10 under the limit.

The data revealed that, at certain blood concentrations, marijuana's active chemical THC affects weaving within a road lane in a similar way to a blood alcohol level of .08, the legal limit in many states. |
