Tom Waits in a bunch of stuff.

Dwight Yoakum is great in the Crank movies, Sling Blade, etc.

Everyone in 'The Blues Brothers'.

Levon Helm in Shooter was perfect.

Anthony Kiedis and Flea in 'The Chase'
