Did I just find the guy that stole the CW banner? I was googling for the hilarious IN gif of surveyor falling over the hurdles, failed, and looked for the video on youtube. Sorting matches for "cola warrior" by most recent upload brings up this video as the most recent. The alternative is that they came across a pic of our logo and are using that in the video. The shitty jpg aliasing supports my conspiracy theory that it's pic of the banner. Fugitive avatar for reference. http://www.ar15.com/media/images/xAvatar/254560.JPG I present to you, ONMYMAMA. https://youtu.be/jF9j9DOcQ6s ETA: Maybe the name is NEMONEEDMONEY. Facebook page using another CW image, so maybe he didn't take the sign. So much for my conspiracy theory: https://www.facebook.com/CliccClaccNemo/photos_stream?tab=photos View Quote that track sucks |

Am thinking of wearing a plate carrier on my next bike ride.
It's either that or a spandex onesie. Tough choices. |

I kinda figured the shitty rapper would be a bigger deal, but not much response. lol

Lil' Trojy is writing a response track.
It will get uploaded as a video response on YouTube or something, I guess. |

In order to prepare for cola warrior I have decided to get fat. So I can chug. If I can chug, I'll get less penalties than if I can obstacle.
Fatness is the key |

I went shooting today... and I actually hit what I was aiming at! Finally got to try the SSA-E I got at CWW. I'm hooked! It's too bad G doesn't make a midlength w/ FSB compatible rail to go with it... I'm not up for dremel mayhem just yet. Wait, what? Get new barrel! Ok, ok. I'll buy a dremel... bye bye sight post! I miss having access to a mill |

So for someone new to the sport and not very experienced with this chugging of 64 or more ounces of soda, what would be a good soda to train with? I was thinking Fanta orange or grape.
Any cw vets with input is appreciated. |

I use fanta orange, I'm not very good chugger though. Mountian dew seems popular among many cola warriors.
|
|
Start with a room temperature 2 liter of Sprite. Practice from there.

I've heard it's pretty fantastic but this gonna be a weak point. Need something a little smoother. |

In terms of general cardiovascular feels, it's pretty easy. I felt like I could have gone on for hours. Legs and feet need to get used to the distance and long periods of moving and pounding, though. ETA: If you meant what was my pre-surgery time, I didn't have one. Prior to a couple months ago, I hadn't run more than a half mile since early 2013. |

Ran a couple miles, did some upper body and core stuff, ran back.
