Pretty much the only Microsoft Office-related skills you should list are being an Excel macro wizard and an Access database master.
Everything else is assumed, unless you make huge formatting errors in your resume, then they know you suck at Word.

And whatever you do, don't put an objective statement on there. No one cares what you want.

I always thought an objective box was a waste of space. Obviously they know your objective because you sent in a resume.

Had to interview a candidate the other day for an IT position who had one of the worst written resumes I had ever seen. He used "I" and "my" 12 times and had the writing style of a high school student.

He has a professional history with the hiring manager and did an amazing job on the interview. Based on his resume I would have put him in the "pass" pile. After the interview I highly recommended he be brought in for the next stage of hiring.
