There are only 3 choices, so wouldn't it be 33.333%?

You are correct. But with the bacon shortage, did you account for inflation/supply and demand?

I'll go with 3 bands at the height of their popularity playing a show and the tickets were only $20.  These days a similar concert for even three washed up bands would probably cost you $300.

There is no correct answer. There isn't enough information provided to answer it correctly. It's just a circular question.

I still don't get it.  Please explain it further.

But you only have a 25% chance of selecting B...

Yeah, but you also have a 50% chance of picking either A or D which makes up the other 50% so no matter what you pick it ads up to 50%.

Some of ya'll turned down the dead end instead of staying on the roundabout like you're supposed to...

If you select "50%" then there is only one answer, meaning, it's a 25% chance.
If you select "25%" then there are two answers, meaning it's a 50% chance.

But you have a 25% chance of picking any single answer, and a 50% chance of picking either A or D.

That gives you 150%.

edit:
I started a thread a while back about Lost in Translation and I was surprised at how many arfcommers liked the movie.  Anyways, if you don't mind slow moving movies without complicated plots that feel European, I'd recommend her one non-porn movie "The Girlfriend Experience."  Warning, she's hardly nakkid at all in it but if you liked Lost in Translation, you might like The Girlfriend Experience.
