You raised the flag, now find the evidence to back up your claim. I wont put it past the pics being a collaboration, but look at the perp. His face and neck are fucked, as are his hands. I am positive its not a GSW. |

Yeah... good luck with convincing a jury that your Dog isn't a danger to the public when the Prosecution displays those pictures. |

I don't see any actual indicators of skull damage, or brain matter anywhere. I see a smooth skull, which makes it look like he was scalped by the dog. A common occurrence when someone is attacked by an animal. Tons of people attacked by dogs and bears get "scalped". That's just what it appears to be, but, I wasn't there, don't know the background, and am not a medical examiner. Like I said, it does look more like a GSW, but I wouldn't dismiss it as being real. |

I know of two individuals who got their face literally ripped off in within a few minutes by an angry dog defending its home.
Dogs go for the throat/face when they are serious, especially pits. This could easily be plausible, although I have no idea if it is or not. Basically, tag for the full story. |

But he won. The boo-boo will heal. |

Pitbulls aren't aggressive dogs, and are as harmless as bubblebath. I know this is a fact because I read it on arfcom.
I just dug up this set on Ogrish. The pix are unrelated.
But I can't help but say: Take a bite out of crime! |
Depends on the circumstances... Was it a door to door bible salesman? Or did the guy try to attack the dog's owner? Without a story, it's hard to tell... But a person of that age and build should be able to fight off a single pit bull. |

Some of the bubble baths make my eyes water. My pit bull doesn't make me cry. Therefore, pit bulls are less dangerous than bubble baths. |

I'm leaning that way too Halloween and all.... |

I for one have absolutely NO scruples when it comes to shooting a Pit. Ugly ass dog, and keep them in your fuckin yard.

check the dogs poop if there are teeth in it I will believe

Look at the boot I bet it isn't even in US. lawsuit? Wut? |

It does seem a little much. Unless some/most was post-mortem or at least post-incapacitation. I have a feeling that there was either more than one dog involved or he was knocked down by something else in order for his face to be chewed on. Pit bulls do not have magic powers per se, when it comes down to it they are simply strong animals that weigh 40-70lbs with strong jaws, big teeth and high resistance to pain. That doesn't mean that you can't overpower one if you're in shape, as the victim here seemed to be. My ex had 3 pit bulls, well behaved dogs, honestly, but I was playing rough with one one night and he got pretty aggressive. I grabbed him by the throat and slammed him on his back. He relaxed. I don't fuck with pit bulls any more. |

Since you're shitting in this thread, why not post that link of the trial lawyer website you like so much? |
Holy fucking bejeeezus, batman! Whoa, yeah, I don't want to get mauled by a pit bull...
That is why I carry if I have to walk down the road for any reason... |
I'd be afraid to find someone dead like that in my yard.. What if the dog attacked him before he got to the house and was planning on just snooping around and grabbing tools from the shed etc? It would be hard to defend a "Mah Baby din't do Nuffun" lawsuit under those conditions as being in the wrong yard isn't a capital offense in the USA.

Does anyone else find it curious that the dog has a decided lack of blood on it's snout/head? There is a little blood from the dogs' wound, but if it had inflicted the wounds on the human, it's head/snout would be caked in blood.
I don't see evidnece of it having been washed off either. Hmmmm |
Most dog attacks are a lot more bloody than that. There aren't any obvious bite marks on the guy either.
RF |
that made me lol... what's the story behind this? |
guy looks like his head got ventilated by something other than a pitbull bite. dog may have gotten ahold of him afterward.
well thats what I am betting. photos are probably unrelated and the story is BS |
One should be careful around dogs you are not familiar with. Especially on their home turf.
Yeah... I don't think their related either.
A Pitbull attack...The man's arms should be shredded. His sweater should be ripped up, especially up by the throat area where it looks like he took most of the damage . Dog's aren't known for precision attacks. I would expect to see more mauling. Still that could be one bad motherfuckin dog thou. |
I had a dog that I saw crush and eat a deers head. The only thing left was the teeth. It could happen.
no bites on his arms......that's a suicide. |
Look how skinny the dog is.
It basically was a wild dog, the owners didn't take care of it. I'd want some meat also, esp if it came to me. |
Huh?? Look at his left hand-- it looks like ground beef. Is that a watch? (i still don't believe the story..) |
Was the dogs' snout clean after consuming the deer head? How about his paws? |
Looks like the dude was missing some fingers and overall looks like a mauling. If it wasn't THAT dog it was some strong critter, bear maybe. I vote no BS, but in for the real story.
If it's legit... Gooooood dog! |
No suit or tie, he wasn't a Morman missionary trying to find a convert. Too sloppy to be a door-to-door salesman too. |
+1 My co-worker here in Iraq had both ears ripped off by his own pit. In my line of work, we are seldom home......his dog simply mistook him for an intruder. That's his story, anyway. |
