He held his commission until 1981. It amazes me he wasn't stripped of his rank and commission. A disgrace to the uniform. |

Zero already signed Gitmo over to Cuba. He was in a giving mood since it isn't his money, so he gave them Florida too. Executive action, of course. The Supreme Court is set to uphold it... er... I mean review it... next month.
The Republicans in the House flipped out (read: whined a little bit in soft voices) over this unlawful action. They immediately drafted a bill that not only gave Gitmo and Florida to Cuba, but also gave Texas to Mexico, Alaska to Russia, and Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont to Canada. They are proudly celebrating how the "stopped" Obama on this Alas, it may all be for naught, though. Apparently, Canada is being the turd in the punch bowl and may kill the whole deal. Nobody wants Vermont or Maine... |

He held his commission until 1981. It amazes me he wasn't stripped of his rank and commission. A disgrace to the uniform. There's evidence he was. Kerry has never released his service records (despite badgering Bush 43 to do so). We know he transferred to the USNR (early) and never attended a drill. We know that while a serving commissioned Naval officer he participated in the 'Winter Soldier' Marxist agitprop antiwar event / movement. We know that he went to Hanoi and 'consulted and advised' the North Vietnamese and VC delegations to the Paris Peace Talks, while a commissioned USN officer. We've never seen his DD214 (it's sealed). We know he was denied admission to Harvard (IIRC) Law and went to 'not even a choice for a Boston Brahman' Boston College Law. At the time, Harvard Law saw a BCD as a dis-qualifier. During the Reagan Administration, after Carter's Amnesty, Kerry requested that SecNav Webb reissue all his awards - reissue. That's unusual as fuck and makes no sense unless he was discharged with a BCD and it was later upgraded. |

Lock the inmates in their cells, all US troops get on boats, and a week later A10's bbbrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrttttt till the prison is dust. I'm sure some b52 pilots would like to carpet bomb the rest of the buildings too.

Jimmy Carter ended a 100 year lease early, the treaty giving is Guantanamo is in perpetuity. IIRC, GITMO was a lease from the start. I do believe it expires some time in the future. All of Cuba for a brief period of time was for most intents and purposes American soil, but that ended when the Senate refused to approve legislation formally annexing Cuba. The Panama Canal Zone was a gift to the U.S. for sending the military to help them gain their independence from Colombia, and was, until Carter-Trujillo, fully sovereign U.S. soil. |

The cockgobbling piece of shit, is about to learn what 8yr olds in the 60's and 70's figured out by listening to their parents...if they werent Marxist whores or parasitic goat fucking losers. Goddamn it!! We have a crapload of Americans that would be absolutely SHIT upon, and even more good folks in Cuba that don't have a hope in hell, if that assbag complies, and caves in. Watch. The pole smoking piece of shit will fold. |

No doubt Obama signs it over and throws in an extra apology or two.

This is all part of Zero's chess game to fulfill his original campaign promise to close Gitmo, and to fundamentally transform America while our Congress wallows in their game of checkers with this racist retard.

Carter gave away the Panama Canal, why shouldn't Obama give back GitMo? It meets our common values doesn't it? It fundamentally changes things doesn't it. I don't understand why some think what Obama can or can not do Constitutionally who will stop him in anyway? That which a president does and gets away with becomes precedent, what becomes precedent is now a presidential right........ |

I say give it back as a package deal.
Cuba must take Puerto Rico too. And control emigration from Puerto Rico. |

Hey Cubists, how's it feel to demand? Hmmm?
Now, go do something useful, make US a sandwich. |
