That all just changed. Due to my "reading is for faggots" motto, I have to pick a different one. I didn't notice that it had a .223 wylde chamber. Which fucking blows, beacuse it looked like a bad ass barrel. It was one of those fully chrome lined rock river barrels. So much for that. I have to track down another 20" barrel that is either fully chrome lined, or stainless. I'd rather have the chrome, quite frankly. Off to google I go. As far as the carrier group, I'll also go with chrome.. I might do a nitrided carrier if the cost is close enough. |

Lots of cleaning today. Post-Thanksgiving mess.
Got the oil filtered and back in the jugs Washed out the fry pot Washed and bleached the 10 gal water cooler I brined the turkey in Currently working on cleaning out the leftover liquor bottles

We have mostly black bears, and they're getting to the point of overpopulation too. I think on a 40 acre plot of land last year, we saw upwards of 10 different bears. That's A LOT. But the hunting season is 1 day, usually after they've quit really moving for the year. They never really hibernate down here, but they do slow down a good bit. |

We got a tree stand and more lights becuase for the first time in 8 years we have a live tree. Unless it's still in a large bucket of dirt I'm pretty sure it's a dead tree. |
