Obama will claim victory, in that the threat of a U.S. strike is what got Syria to agree to the Putin plan.

Obama will blame R's for undermining him, and that even thou things worked out, without a missile strike. It was the R's that made America look weak internationally.

MSM will not give Putin credit for shit, no Nobel Peace prize for him, and if this plan works out, Putin will have done more than Obama did for his Nobel Peace Prize.
