soooo, if you sell transfer via form 4 the new purchaser scratches out your old trust info and then puts his on? No. The new owner hasn't manufactured the item. When you file a Form 1, you are submitting an application to manufacture a Class III item. With your line of thinking, everyone would have to engrave their info on every item they purchase, including Form 4 items that came someone like Silencerco or AAC.
