Low cost COIN aircraft for the Army (fuck the Key West Accords) and Marines. Just do the OV-10X because we already know they can be operated off of carriers. Use the fuck out of them in permissive environments so we're not burning airframe life on the high end gear.
Light tank. New Frigate.... Fuck LCS. A true S-3 Viking replacement. More F-22's and fund an equivelant for the Navy. Burn down the entire procurement process and start over. |

Navy Fags 1 Real Frigates, mostly just use the WMEC from the CG. 2 New Boomer (the Ohio's have got to be close to retirement). 3 BBN w Rail/rocket gun technology even if just a Capital ship to throw the finger at the world. Army Pukes 1 Shift CAS to Army, build Super Tucano's, start an A-10 replacement. 2 Serious work into exoskeletons. 3 New rifle round standard. 6.8 of some sort. Oorah! 1 Condoms, lots of condoms. Puddle Pirates 1. Funding the USCG better, +25% just to start if not a full blown +50%. 2 Patrol boat replacement the Island Class is 30 years old now. 3. WHEC replacement those dammed boats are literally Vietnam era. 4.Ice Breakers, get the Star's gone, new heavy Ice Class, 3 boats. |

And that new Frigate - make it a LCDR command; Make the surviving LCSs LT commands equivalent to XO afloat, and make DDGs a CDR command. There's no fucking way a destroyer should be an O-6 command. But first we can go to work on "policies". SHARP training - gone. All SHARP materials everywhere destroyed and anyone who conducted SHARP training out on the street by COB. Same for anyone pushing "special snowflake months." In fact any training not directly related to maneuvering and putting steel on target would be suspended indefinitely. |
