Yesterday, I noticed that I have been "playing" Cyber Nations for 10 years. For the last 9 years or so, I would log into that game at least once a month to collect taxes and pay my bills. Actually, I never really got into the game, but I just keep it going for some reason. AR15.com had the Federation of Armed Nations alliance.

I started surfing arfcom in 2000. Was here for 911. I remember the mega threads that day.
I didn't register until 2003 b/c I was paranoid about the politics of gun iwnership. Now I just don't give a fuck.

I have brought up the idea of a 10yr and now 15yr clubhouse where the old timers could chat with other old timers remembering, well... Old times.
With all the traffic here these days it's all to easy to lose track of one another. I would love to see it happen sometime. |

I used to hang around a bit back around 2002 or so. I know it was well before Lew Tippie got ran off because I hooked up with him from here to do some work on a rifle for me. He was local and a fellow DevilDog. Lucky for me, he at least sorta kinda did the work and I got my gun back. I hear others weren't so lucky. I no longer have access to the email address I used to use, though, so I created a new account when I found my way back here in 2012.

i still remember the layout on the old board ,
i think i was one of the last to come on over to the new board back then , between here and Assaultweb.net and the Fal files thats where i spent alot of time. it's been a good ride got my first black rifle back in 1972 TS2 |
