I've paid anywhere between $18 and $37 and the only reason I paid the $37 is because he was a friend and it was my first transfer, my local shop does them for $20 out the door and the process couldn't be easier

I've never done a "transfer", the two stores closest to me charge (both within 3 miles) one charges $50 and the other only charges $15.
The one that charges $50 is a well-established store with an indoor range. The on that charges $15 is new, run by a guy who closed his gun store in NY when things got bad and started a selling guns in TX. |
