NAA Charter arms 22 derringer have a reputation for firing when dropped?

If they don't have any sort of drop safety, I'm sure they do, and a cheap ass .22 derringer doesn't strike me as the type of firearm to have any sort of safety.

I know the NAA mini revolvers do have a safety feature. They have a notch in between each cylinder so your hammer can sit in between rounds so if dropped it isn't striking a live round.

The safety notches were introduced after many years production without them.

There's a gofundme set up for her defense. The charges seem like BS to me (other than whatever they come up with for ND'ing into another person). Whatever the outcome, it will probable set some precedents for the sign postings. I'd prefer a better test case though.
