Added a grey one to my cart. Kind of conflicted on what color I'm interested in though.

Any other good stuff on ebay before I decide if I wanna order one?

At the original price this was a no brainer. Now that it's $30+$20 shipping...... not so much.

At that price get the rothco one, you can find them for $60 and they are pretty good quality and warm.

I've been wearing mine every day since I got it.  I would probably pay $50 for one and that's it, depending on how it lasts and how it holds up to this winter.

What's to feel sad about buying a jacket for cheap? And if you're going to start some fair labor shit take it to another thread. Even if the jacket falls apart in a month oh well, It's less that an hour of work to pay for it.

A decade before that your wife's uncle probably knew someone flying aircraft to protect China from the Japs. Patriotism is a matter of dates on a calendar I'm afraid.

Are you trying it on the USPS website? Mine took a little while to show up.

The estimated delivery on mine is Mon, Nov 17 - Tue, Dec 02

I've ordered stuff from China before and it could take 3-4 weeks sometimes, especially if it's a busy time of year.

I have a jacket for goin out with the wife/dressing up.  A Carhartt for working on the farm.  A couple good fleeces.  A few casual jackets and this one.  And I still don't have as much invested as if I would have bought one of those jackets.  Like I've said before, I'm not in Alaska and I'm not a climber of hiker.  Other than than people are just buying for the name.

My wallet is laughing at you.  I'm not an arctic explorer, I don't need a $500 jacket.  For when I would wear this here in Ohio, I have no doubt I can stay warm layering this over a thermal shirt.  90% of the time I am outside in the winter I am working here on the farm and wearing bibs and a Carhartt.  The other times I am snowboarding and have a Spyder jacket for that that works fine.

Wait until the OP figures out that Arc'Teryx has a lifetime warranty, you'll never replace yours, he will replace his multiple times.

THEN let him think through that lifetime warranty and slowly come to the conclusion he can buy a used Arc'Teryx from Ebay for less than $100, and still have a lifetime warranty.

THEN let him realize that he can buy that jacket from Ebay for less than $100 and if anything is wrong with it he can send it back to Arc'Teryx and they will ship him a brand new one for no cost.

Ask me how I know this 5 times over.  Drac + Atom together for less than $200.  Yea...brains, they are useful for things other than feeding zombies.
