Why is your back up sight so far forward? there is no way that is useful way up there. Also you're missing at least 4 of the 5 CWAR spec items on that rifle. View Quote That rifle probably has more Cola Warrior experience than any other in existence. |

Get that one in the EE posted above. If I didn't have 2 I'd jump on it. Still considering it anyway. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

The billet SST was a pretty spendy gun. This is the SSTF, F for forged. 4150 nitride barrel, still has sub MOA guarantee, still has NiB bolt carrier. The shop I worked for sold black ones for 1400 and patterns for 1560. I need a TA33 still. In under 90 days I'm getting married. Before 8/1 I'm moving all our shit 600 miles. Maybe by Christmas. I've wanted a TA33 since the huge thread on them in the optics forum way back in the day, and having played with one a lot since working a LGS, I'm not changing my mind. Besides, sold the soon to be FiL a TA11, need to keep up right? |

Just drinking a beer dreaming up what I should do with the CWAR lower I have coming. I already have the badest ass Sultan of Sand Privilege CWAR, but I was thinking a Grendel CWAR would be sweet. Has it been done, and is it Halal?

Cause it doesn't fit behind the TA31 if the ACOG has proper relief for me, and it doesn't do any good at all in a box. :D Rifle is not spec, but the pistol is. That rifle probably has more Cola Warrior experience than any other in existence. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Is a SD-E an acceptable substitute for the SSA-E when going for one of the Five Pillars?

Finally got to go out to a non static range and as a result, I'm now working on replacing the ridiculously low LaRue mini ACOG mount. My dad and I both had issues getting a good cheekweld while doing anything but sitting and shooting.
I have a MidWest Industries on the way. LaRue will be on the EE ASAP. The SR15 + TA33 is an insanely accurate combo. |

The SR15 + TA33 is an insanely accurate combo. I don't like how big the Bobro is, and a fairly well known member has had multiple issues with them. http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_18/712608_Bobro-Mount-Fail.html SLR has to go on from the back (at least it has to be slid on from one end or the other) and isn't QD. Factory isn't QD. I wasn't impressed with the ADM mount I had for an RMR, plus their mini ACOG mount requires a spacer to get to the correct height. This thread indicates that the MWI is the proper height https://www.ar15.com/forums/t_3_18/709646_Mount-for-TA33-to-get-correct-height---ADM-mount-with-spacer-.html&page=1&anc=bottom#bottom |

I don't believe there is a standard for IR aiming and/or illumination lasers. Most CWARs now have DBAL-i^2 single-spectrum 50/50mW units. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes |

I honestly have no clue, I was kidding due to the $ of the units. LW seems to be the clarion call (in general), so I would guess most anything at or less than the weight of a DBAL A3 is acceptable. My D2 is probably haram due to it being a fatty. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:
