I'm glad he didn't kill anyone else on the way down, and I'm sure there will be attorneys involved, but when millions of people have been there and you're the only dumbfuck that managed to go over the rail it might mean something.

Millions of people have safely drunk a cup of coffee, but it just takes one.

He would also need to know the guys name to come up with a catch phrase.  I guess this one won't get overused though.

A-Rod ought to show up at his funeral to drop an autographed ball down into the hole.

Heckling attempt of the A-Rod?  He falls short on that attempt.

I got the impression it was pretty terrible. I was watching the game and the Braves commentator was obviously distraught. He just interrupted the color man immediately and said, being pretty emotional, that somebody had just fallen from the upper deck. The players were confused (not sure what was going on) and there was obvious fan reaction and distress. One person interviewed said he fell at least 50 feet headfirst onto concrete...immediate death I'm sure.

I will wager that the guy was drunk. Not really sure how you fall from heckling.

That screws up a day at the ball park. I had my grand kids at Turner Field for a game in 2008 and the same thing happened, guy fell and landed just to the right of where we were sitting. The kids didn't know what happened, I just told them it was time to go. Heard the details on the radio on the way home, stupid waste of a life. Glad no one else was hurt.

Normally, I'd blame the fan and chalk one up for Darwin, but in this case, I'll make an exception.  This blood is on A-Rod's hands.  His degree of asshole-ness is so staggering that it distorts gravity.  The fan never had a chance.

Bonus points for A-Rod, if he put his hat over his mouth, smirked and mumbled, "who's the asshole now?"

I don't understand why a 60 year old guy would be drunk, hanging out at the ballpark on Saturday night, yelling at A-Rod.

Evidently he worked in his parents' insurance business.

good thing they are doing an autopsy. I wonder what killed him. I'm betting it could have something to do with splatting on the concrete.

My first reaction also but major league baseball is a big money sport and the legal beagles are surely warming their lawsuits from the family and all the folks who were witness.

100s of millions of dollars likely ride on this guys BAL and any possible medications in his system.

The guy was in his 60s and was still a retarded asshole. I'm sure they have plenty of memories of him being a fucking prick.

Probably been a useless alcoholic most of his life.

What's so confusing about that?  Sounds like a good time to me. Up until the death part.

I hope when I'm 60 I still go get buzzed up at ball games.
