Try Cast boolits classifieds, ebay, or rotometals.  Lead can also be found in odd places, such as scuba equipment, dental foil, and industrial salvage.

I have had good luck at my local scrap yard- but a warning- only purchase raw lead from the scrap yard, don't waste your time with "mystery" ingots- only purchase in raw form i.e. wheel weight, lead pipe, lead sheeting etc.  This way you know exactly what you are starting with, as some tweakers will melt any lead like substance into an ingot to sell to the scrap yard.

ETA: range scrap is anywhere from (free if you are lucky) 10 to 65 cents, but takes a lot of effort and fuel to render into usable product.   Wheel weights are around 85 cents unsorted (so you get to deal with zinc and steel) unless you have a good day and score a deal.  You can pay $1 to $2 depending on type for guaranteed alloy.  HTH.

Here is a tip that may get you some lead. I get alot of my lead from my sheetmetal guy. They use it making roof flashings and what not. I have about 1 ton of pure lead sitting in bars in my garage. My sheetmetal was selling it to a recycler for 40 cents a pound and I talked him into giving it to me instead. I do give him sinkers and bullets though and have been his customer for 20 years. The bad part of pure lead is the cost of tin, I run 20/1 for my .45 and 9mm bullets out of Mihec brass molds

I'm about to buy 223, 300, 7.62x29 and 9mm Hornady dies.

Brownell's has a decent price and the free shipping code and I just noticed Midway has $20 off $200.

Any other online suppliers have any good deals?

Craig's list scuba diving weights. SCUBA shops also have it for not horrible prices but most of the new stuff is coated in rubber  and it's a pain to get off.

Missouri Bullet Company Coated .309 245gr RNFP

Haven't used them yet but they can ship up to 1,500 for $14 and they offer a good Mil/LEO discount as well.

Just went to Graf's shop today. They had a 4lb jug of Universal, but the guy ahead of me grabbed it. I did score 2lb of Autocomp.
Their rifle powders were plentiful.
On another note, I am looking for some used 45 ACP brass.

Graf's has a full stock of Nobel Sport powders on hand.  Looks like everything...pistol, shotgun, rifle.

The name rings a bell, but I don't ever remember seeing this brand of reloading components.  Might be worth a shot.

ETA: now I remember, Nobel Sport primers have been available for some time.  This is the first time I've seen powder under that name.  Seems to be popular in Europe.
