Has anyone heard of these rifles having soft Frizzen. I helped a guy with his rifle that was having poor spark from the Frizzen. I set the flint to allow it to hit the Frizzen higher, but the spark is still weak. The center of the frizzen has two gouges making me believe it is not hardened properly.
