I ordered my new suppressor from Silencer Shop and it has said "preparing for rForms" since the 24 of February. Does the dealer prepare the eForm? I assume it is being form 3'd to the dealer at this point. Do I contact or just wait?

They're form 3'ing it to your dealer. It can take a couple of weeks, then it has to ship, etc.
Be patient. Calling will accomplish nothing. If there's an issue, they will call you. ETA - you can contact your dealer and see if the form 3 has been submitted, but
