I would like to put a few spares away for my HK94 SBR and SP5k. I was thinking extractor springs at least. Any other suggestions?

Recoil rod assembly
Roller retainer

Other than that, doubtful anything else ever breaks.  I have seen pics of a cracked carrier, but that's pretty rare, and I have seen cracked bolts but usually those are the older original style before action 3 and F style.

Mags and ammo

Many extractor springs, extra bolt and + size rollers, roller retainer, ejector spring.

Or just get one of these for the roller locks :D.

I didn’t think about the roller retainers. I need to work out which styles they have. I have a decent collection of mags. I keep an eye out for sales to add a few to the pile. I’m working on the ammo stack too. Who knows what will happen during the election or what else might spike prices.

That looks expensive with HK pricing.

Yes I understand they will run without. They seem fairly cheap so it can’t hurt to have a spare.

Depending on which gen you have, they're hard to find too. Seems a lot of parts are out of stock these days.

I'd keep couple of firing pins, firing pin spring, hammer springs, extractor, ejector, and maybe some extra stock pins.

Among what's already been listed.

Thus far, the only spare part I've needed is the extractor spring.

Once you add it all up, it’s nauseating.

Tier3
h-buffer (for stock)

Definitely some spare buffers if you use an A3 or F stock on a full-size mp5. I bought two hk94a3 with completely disintegrated buffers that needed replacing.

Cracked a bit over 14,000 rds through my sear gun MP5

extractor springs aplenty

maybe a recoil spring or two

that is all

My kit for my AP5P includes:

x10 extractor springs
x1 (mp5k) recoil spring
x2 Recoil spring nylon washers
x1 extractor
x2 Ejectors
x1 Ejector spring
x2 roller retainer plate
x2 roller retainer roll pins
x1 +6 set of rollers

I just kinda sorta(needs to be warranty replaced) added a full size AP5 to the mix, so I'll be adding a few more spare parts. I also keep a pick in the kit to swap extractor springs at the range. I've seen a couple reports of MKE Hammers breaking, so I might add an HK hammer to the kit as well.
