I have this Secure-Ex sheath for my Cold Steel SRK C - what type of straps/bungees/attachments do I need to put this thing on a MOLLE system? I have never done this before, thanks for any positive comments.

Not a stupid question at all OP. I have a CS drop-forged hunter, which is a very cool little blade that I would like to carry more, but the sheath is the exact same type you have there, the bottom part is nice and the blade locks in well, but with the flexible top section the whole sheath pulls up unless you have something securing it at the bottom, so it takes two hands basically to pull it, don't know why they chose this design, makes no sense at all.

What I would like to see, is a hard plastic upper section you could bolt to the sheath that replaces the flexible stuff, don't know if that exists or not.

It does.  I have four of those flexible sheaths uppers; I used to have five, but I gave one to someone over on the BushcraftUSA site.

Now, I don't know anything about Molle, so take what I say with a grain of salt.  This is what I used to replace the OEM CS upper sheath parts:

I bought these belt clips off of Amazon.  Knife on left is the SRK-C; right is the CS Drop Forged Hunter.  Which is also missing; I wonder if it wandered off somewhere?

Here are some other belt clips I bought.  From left to right:  SRK-C, Recon Tanto and Drop Forged Hunter (I since replaced these clips with the above belt clips on the SRK-C and DF Hunter):

SRK-C on my belt:

I hope this helps!

Now that is perfect - where did you get those clips again?

Sweet! Just remembered I have one of those belt clips on a sheath like in the middle picture, that I bought with a Bradford knife here on the EE, but I like the belt loops in the top picture better, simple perfect solution looks like to me.

Will be checking on 'em for next Amazon order, thanks!

OOS, you caused a run on 'em!

Looks like a 4-pack of roughly similar: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09VGSFGQD?tag=arfcom00-20

Low tech methods we used involved paracord and ample use of zip ties.

Why not just remove the screws?
