So recently bought a Madsen M50 and the leather on the stock is in kind of rough shape.

I bought a parts kit as well and same story. So while I’m waiting for it to get out of ATF jail I thought I would experiment with the spare stock and replacing the leather on it, or maybe send it somewhere to get redone.

Anybody have any ideas on how to go about it or where to send it to?

Your best bet would be to find a leather crafter in your region and see if they could replicate the leather wrap and sew it on your spare stock. If there is a Tandy Leather near you they have leather craft workshops where their experienced leather crafters will teach you the tricks of the trade or perhaps help you with your project.
