Two years ago my best friend passed away and I was named Successor Trustee on the trust for his NFA items.  I have many questions about this trust (there is more to the story I rather keep out of the thread).  Nothing illegal at all...I have the NFA items secure correctly since I am the only one named on it.

I am in Texas also so a Texas attorney would be very helpful.
