Keep an eye also on Capitol Armory, they were replenished recently but did not last long.

Ended up buying a FDE Flow 556K from CA yesterday, although I was originally looking for a black one. Figure a FDE one in hand is better than waiting for a black one at some future time.
ETA: Looks like CA is OOS now. |

They've diverted their efforts to the legal department. Might be a while. I'd shop elsewhere.

The Silencer Co thing is a strange case and it will be interesting to see where it goes. The Hux patents are kind of written like Jackson pollock would paint a painting. They lack the standard clarity of patents. The drawings often don't appear to be of anything they actually make etc.

Can't patent an idea or concept, and unless I'm reading it wrong, there are 19 dependent claims in U.S. Patent No. 8,286,750, so if they can't demonstrate that it's basically a carbon copy, I don't see much merit. I can't say I've researched it in depth, though, as I have zero interest in making "flow thru" cans. |

I haven’t dug into patent, but is the Velos the one that Hux is after?
Not a great suppressor IMO, but what about the Larue TranQuilo? That was the first one I remember. The TranQuilo’s reduced-blowback is what sets it apart. The design approach implemented what LaRue calls “SOT” (Safer Operator Technology). With mitigation of gas blow-back in mind, LEPE (Lower Ejection Port Emissions) reduces dangerous materials and contaminants that typically encounter the user's face. LEPE is an internal design that allows a percentage of pressure to bypass the main flow-path, resulting in extremely low gas blow-back and soft recoil with the benefit of optimum noise and flash reduction |
