You know the screw that holds the receivers together.  Is blue loc-tite a good idea?

Not necessary to loctite, in my experience. Just snug. None of mine require any tools to remove, & they don't seem to shoot loose. YMMV.

Just tight. I have an FAL that I put 50K plus through back in the day. Never had it come loose. Same thing with my 17 others all though none where shot this much.

Accuracy is not increased by tightening it past hand snug either.  They don’t loosen up.  If you are right handed, push it thru so the exposed split end is on the right side, this keeps it from catching on your clothes and gear,  reverse if you are a lefty.

The slot can be tightened with a coin and only needs to be as tight as you can get it with said coin.
