I disassembled my ptr 91 bolt, and upon reassembly one of the rollers is sticking. I actually need to lightly mortar the buttstock for the bolt to unlock and open. Okay to shoot that thing to try to settle the roller in, or will that cause some issues?

I would disassembly to bolt head and see what is causing the issue. See if the rollers move free when removed from carrier and locking piece.

Is the LP dragging inside the bolt head? Look for a scratch on it from the roller plate pin.

Wonder if you drove the retaining pin in too far
