Hello, I’m looking for advice on what ammo / powder to purchase for this Buckhorn .50.  Rifle was acquired for a very low price ($40) and best I can tell it has never been shot. Only issue I see at the moment is the front fiber optic site is broken.

Been watching a few YouTube videos and reading and it seems Hornady Boredriver FTX seems to be a good bullet to purchase. I’m currently trying to figure out what powder (pellets or powder and what brand) to use and what scope to purchase. Anything special I need to know about muzzle loader scopes, a regular Nikon 3-9 seems reasonable.

Any pointers or resources would be appreciated.
