Hopefully I'll be able to come back and edit this with an approved date. Soon.... I'm pretty sure the one will get denied since I didnt add the PW (OR whatever) prefix to the serial. Hopefully it's one I Carnegie and get approved the same day

I've got my fingers crossed So from 2/28 to 6/2 Looks like 95 days. Not bad at all (if Ted hooks me up) ETA: !! Ted got me all fixed up. Guy must never stop working. Got my approved form at 11:15 PM (last night-Saturday) Thanks Ted!!! 
I figure when I get my refund for the disapproved form 1 I might as well put it right back in
If my luck holds maybe I'll get the form 1 I filed on 3/8 back next week lol |

Quick question.
I filed an F1 on April 3rd, and after filing I noticed when I put the lower on my trust I wrote the serial wrong on the assignment page(missing a number). But on the F1 the serial is correct. Do you think NFA will jam me up on that? In my mind the assignment page doesn't really matter as long as something is on it to make it legit, and it's nearly full with other NFA stuff. Second to that; The serial missing a number on the assignment page could be a different lower, and they wouldn't know that. So why stop the F1 over it? Do I need to call them? |

You should be fine (no reason not to think that it might be a different lower). For the record, I send in my original trust documents with each new efile, showing just a $2.00 bill as the only asset. I've updated my trust with my recent efiled NFA items, and keep that with me, but I've never had any problems sending in the original trust documents.. |

Same here. I file all of mine (Paper Form 4 and eFile Form 1) with just my original trust and the only asset showing is the $2 bill that I originally funded my trust with. My updated inventory of trust assets stays with me. Haven't had any problems with 3 eFiled Form 1s, 1 paper Form 1 and 4 paper Form 4s.

I e-filed a form 1 for a Thompson SBR on 4/1, and it was rejected last Friday evening (they didn't like the model number I put down...and I fucked up the barrel length ). So, my thought is...if it hasen't been rejected by now due to a technical issue, it's on track to be approved.

I have one approved 5/31 that also has the Drafft watermark, but the stamp is in color, so I figured they just pulled the wrong copy. i'll be interested in ATF's reply too,

I submitted two Eform 1 Sbr's 12/31/15, approved 4/6/16. I tried to get my son to do at least one then, nope.
He finally had me submit it on 4/29/16. He asked the other day when to expect it, he's getting antsy now. I told him probably by the holiday. Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas. Maybe New Years. |
