They haven't touched a single 1/28 yet, however. It probably safe to assume some have not been in real-life. So that being said, I thought the ATF's modeus operende with this crap was 'first come, first served'? The approvals seems to be sparse this week too, WTH are they doing up there? Are they on vacation?? |

I don't know. I bet the draft watermark issue set them back somewhat. But things have definitely slowed down. I was hoping for end of March for my 2/18 submission, but that looks like it's not going to happen.

Two Form 1s Submitted on 1/27
First one came back last night 3/18 ETA...Odd, I submitted the other form first ETA2: Just logged in, the other one was approved as well but I only received an email on one. Guess that can serve as a heads up for others who submit multiple forms back to back. |

Then, immediately file again and send Ted an email with both Control Numbers. This is why. (Just know the refund is automatic, but is more like 60+ days instead of the 10 days the link mentions). |

I had originally put AR15 and it's supposed to be PA15 once I changed it and resubmitted I emailed Ted and in less than 24 hours I had the stamp. |

I've read where you can print a smaller sized form 1, anyone know what that is? I can't recall where I read it and internet search is no help.

The only law on the books I'm aware of that relates to this is you're not allowed to make color copies of revenue stamps. But there are a LOT of people carrying color copies around, both reduced and fullsize. |
