Anyone here experience the following problem? So I received my Form 1 approval on 7/30 but it still had the draft watermark on it. I sent an email to ask the experts and it was corrected today, I can view the form on both my email attachment as well as online when I log in. The problem is when I attempt to print the approved form 1 I get blank pages, even when I go to the print preview screen it shows up as blank pages. Now I'm no computer guru but I've tried from both my work and home computer with the same results, four blank pages print off? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks If you are sure it's not user error (no insult intended), it could be that the old draft watermark overlay is messed up. If you have Adobe Acrobat or another PDF editor, you may be able to correct it. IM me if you want me to take a look. Or just email them back... So one stamp down, now the wait begins on a Paper Form 4 that they cashed the check on June 5th for. Wonder if it will arrive before years end?

I have no idea why Form 1's are so fast now and Form 4's are so slow....I mean, really? I just had a Form 1 approved (4 months) and also finally just submitted my Form 4, but I highly doubt I'll see it before next year. I thought the long part about the Form 4's were waiting for the check to cash, wasn't that traditionally 2-3 months? Now they're cashing within 1-2 weeks, so realistically, shouldn't paper Form 4's be between 4-6 months now?

I also think they are trying to get the new and temporary examiners trained in professing both paper and eforms. As for the difference between form 1s and form 4s? No clue. You'd think it would be reversed, focusing on keeping the industry and dealers happy and making individuals wait. Longer wait times have to influence new buyers decisions to take the NFA plunge. Hey, at least we are still moving. Good luck everyone. |

Approved: 8/1 My first stamp, I wasn't expecting it this soon. The build is months from completion. I submitted a paper form 1 when efile went down and it went pending 4 days after I efiled. That build is actually closer to completion. This efile application went through without a problem but I'm somewhat concerned about my paper form 1. Reason being, in box 4b I wrote... rifle having a barrel of less than 16" and in box 4d I wrote... M4 CARBINE. It's a Colt 6920 and that's what's engraved on it. As this was my first time completing a form 1 I didn't know 4b should have been... SBR and 4d... AR15. So what do you think? |

Form 1 Submitted: 6/30/14 Disapproved: 7/31/14 Resubmitted: 7/31/14 Approved: 7/31/14 I was disapproved because of using 762X39 as the caliber. I resubmitted new eForm and paid tax again and emailed the ATF about the situation and they approved my new form on the same day! |

Dudash is the one who approved my last two one of them was approved in 26 days 7/5 to 7/31. I had just got the lower back from being engraved 2 days prior. I don't even have all the parts yet.

Submitted online: 6/24 Dissapproved: 6/30 for caliber issue Resubmitted: 6/30 Approved: 8/2 Examiner Ted Clutter Granted I had an issue where I had submitted a paper form 1 right before eforms went on and I attempted to cancel it but it still went through so I have been working with Mr. Clutter who is sending me back my paper form 1 for correction in order for me to reassign a different lower to form 1. |
