If she was a representative of the trust, she could pick up the suppressor. You'll file as the trust, not as you. I'd probably fill it out with her address so there's no confusion when she picks it up. Suppressors (and AOWs) don't need permission to cross state lines. All other NFA items need the 5320.20. It's recommended to file one for a permanent address change. |

That was something that Silencer Shop did. Submissions need to be postmarked by 12/31/2015, so there's plenty of time for Form 3's to clear and for the suppressor to reach your local dealer and for you to get a photo of the UPC. |

I bought 2 9mm evo's and then saw the 9mm ti-rant deal bought one on a price match too. I have about 7 cans pending. I am trying to stock up before January just in case something changes with 41p. I feel like a hoarder
