Planning to do a AR-9 build with a lower collecting dust, but want to do something different.
Are there any viable AR brace/stock options similar to the collapsing brace/stock on an SP5/MP5? Would love to do that to an AR. |

I like to shoot nose to charging handle and it's perfect for that. With most PDW stocks you're pretty much just putting your cheek on the buffer tube, with this one there is actually a cheek piece there to use. |

I have an SBPDW on the way I got for a good price, which appears to be very similar to the Maxim Defense CCS. The cool Maxim is the CQB that has a shorter than normal buffer tube, and uses a proprietary buffer and bolt carrier. Very compact. $$$

It might not be the shortest of all the PDW setups, but I didn't want to bother with proprietary buffers and springs. A Geissele Super 42 worked just fine. |

Put a Strike flatwire spring in with SPikes heavy buffer. I run Super 42 in all my other ARs |
