They should be Magpul followers unless they are older E2 models. I'd have thought all of the Okay mags would have already sold out of retail channels some time ago. Nice to see them still available, at least for now.

Were you expecting alloy followers?

Okay/Colt/NHMTG 20-round mags have been using black plastic followers since the '80s. A lot of folks prefer the old alloy followers, but I've never been able to tell a difference.

(You don't want colored anti-tilt followers in a USGI-style 20-round mag, if that's what you were expecting.)

It’s good to see NHMTG mags again. That’s definitely some “new old stock,” with the 2012 date on them. I wonder if they’ve been in Rock River’s warehouse that long.

About a decade ago, either here or on that other M4 site, someone discovered that the mags DPMS was selling in their own branded bags were actually NHMTG. They had a pretty good price for 10-packs, around the same deal as Rock River, if I recall correctly. Forum members did their best to clean them out, but they lasted for a while.

And... fwiw... no sharp edges at all. Feed lips are nice and smooth. After handling them, I remembered how "solid" a great aluminum 30rd mag can feel.

Heck, I might buy some more, they are that good.

I hadn't noticed that. My NHMTG 30s from 12-04 have the 33710 (Okay) cage code but the recently purchased 9-12 mags from RRA do not.

They manufacture and sell the Okay branded mags to the .gov. But they also utilize their large capacity to rebrand/stamp their mags with either Colt or NHMTG to sell to the consumer market. They crank out the same mags off the line, but stamp them with different markings for the different marketing divisions. I think the only difference is in the marketing, Okay branded are .gov, Colt branded mags can be sold for a premium of approx $20 a pop just because people will buy them for the name, and NHMTG is a separate branding that allows them to sell quality mags at a profit to compete in that $10-13 mag market (against PMag, CProd, D&H, etc.) without digging into the fat cash they're making off the Colt branded mags. I bet Ronan is just a holding company for the NHMTG brand. "

True that, recently found several I’d stashed several years ago.  NHMTG on the floorplate, NIW 30 round dry film.  Inna bag with DPMS sticker.

6 and 10 packs of 30rds still available. Went ahead and sent it on two orders of the 10 packs. Got into 2A too late to stock up on OKAY magazines over the years, so figured I may as well place an order too.

Thankfully I grabbed some 20rd options, but it never feels like enough.

Don’t get me started.
I don’t even know why I click into these threads.
Now I want to order some too.

I really don’t need any.  I’m not even sure how many Okays I already have.
Probably be cheaper to go dig out an old box full of them and have the Mrs pretend we just got a delivery.

I still have old unused Labelle, Adventure line and Colts.

Resisting ordering more.

Could be either one or a mix of the two. Okay made NHMTG mags. They're the same thing. Sometimes a different finish, that's the only difference.

ETA: The mags on sale in the 6 or 10 packs are the same ones that are $14 each. One of my orders had both Okay and NHMTG. RRA must have bought many mags years ago. This is the last place I know of with OkayNHMTGs in stock. There will be no more when they're gone.

The order I received last week was all NHMTG. Guessing they placed a large mag order from Okay in 2012 and received a mixture from them.
